How it works

  1. Understand the offer.

  3. Check out and pay $950 by card; you receive an automatic receipt.
  4. Complete a short intake form (DROP API key holder, customer-file format, current suppression list, one point of contact).
  5. The cycle is scheduled; the day-0 download starts on the next DROP window, or immediately if a window is open.
  6. We run the cycle; on completion you receive the completion report. The $950 is credited toward a $1,495/month managed retainer if you continue.

After payment, you complete intake so we can collect what is needed to run the cycle. We schedule the work, run the cycle, and send you the completion report. A one-time cycle is complete when the report is delivered. The retainer is month to month.

What is DROP?

California's Delete Request and Opt-out Platform. Since August 1, 2026, registered data brokers must process consumer deletion requests every 45 days. Missed requests carry penalties of $200 per day per request.

What do you need from us?

Your DROP API key, a customer-file extract in an agreed format, your current suppression list, and one point of contact. Nothing else.

Do you access our systems?

Only as agreed in intake, only with credentials you provide, and only to run the cycle steps. Live deletions always need your explicit authorization each cycle.

What if we get zero requests in a cycle?

You still get the download verification, a zero-match report, and the paper trail, at the same flat price.

What happens after the 45 days?

You can book the next cycle, or roll the $950 credit into the $1,495/month managed retainer for continuous coverage.

Can we cancel?

A one-time cycle is complete when the report is delivered. The retainer is month to month.
